Main Technical Features:
1.In the process of production, pulling steel wire would be inserted into the carbon spiral pipe which is widely used for optical fiber cable protection. The carbon spiral pipe has many advantages,such as flexible and windable, long convenient installation,high strength, light weight.
2.Special single screw extruders with dedicated detachment type mixing screw, used for polyethylene material, possess characteristic of high extrusion speed, high plasticization.
3.Spiral die head with reasonable flow channel and smooth inside and outside surface.
4. Specially designed cooling and sizing type.
5.Suitable for co-extrusion of all kinds of PE materials, including recycled material.
Single-screw extruder matched with polyolefin has the characteristic of high-speed extruding and plasticization.
The fluid channel of the special separate type mix screw and helical structure frame head is reasonable in channels; the inner and exterior wall of the tubing is as clean as a whistle.
The sizing cooling way which is specially designed: manufacturing range50-200mm, the manufacturing speed can reach 0.6- 1.5 meter/min.
